Compassionate Childcare that Maximizes Growth and Development

Our children are the most important people in our lives and we want the very best for them. When it comes to childcare, three core principles shape our philosophy:

Through our application of the Flight curriculum, we seek to maximize the full potential of each child to advance socially, physically, intellectually, creatively and emotionally.

Our program views each child as a “mighty learner” and endeavours to move away from curriculum as something that is done to children towards curriculum as a way of thinking about what children are doing in their everyday life, relationships, interactions, play, learning and development.

  • Core Curriculum focuses on fundamental concepts in numeracy and literacy and other foundational learning topics (e.g. sciences, social studies, arts, etc.)
  • Learning-Through-Play emphasizes the ability for a child to self-discover and explore the world around them to further develop their cognitive skills

Play is a central component of the curriculum and is the vehicle through which children learn and actively make sense of the world.
