At Leaps & Bounds Early Learning Centre, we have deep regard for the childcare profession and the responsibility that comes with looking after the well-being of our children. Our centre is committed to conducting our day-to-day tasks and duties in an ethical and morally principled manner.

This includes a commitment to the centrality of ethical concerns of the childcare practice, concern with one’s own professional conduct, necessitating ethical behaviours by all and consulting with experts on ethical issues.

Our dedicated staff are guided by our Code of Ethics document and expected to fully apply its policies and standards.
